The basic customer satisfaction questionnaires are automatically available for users in Finnish, Swedish, English, Norwegian, Estonian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Japanese if they are not altered. If companies wish to alter the questionnaires, the changes should be delivered to Haaga-Perho, who makes the changes to the database and after that users can add the translations for the changes.
